Billingswood Manor is your home, your family; friends and guests are welcome to visit at any time, day or night. They are welcome to enjoy and utilize the amenities and participate in activities at Billingswood Manor with you. Guests are welcome to stay overnight, we ask that they be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Please contact the front desk for details and make the necessary arrangements.

For your enjoyment, all of our suites are in mint move in condition. Your private suite is spacious and bright with 9 foot ceilings, a 4 piece in-suite bathroom with grab bars, a roomy closet, and a kitchenette with sink. For your comforts, heat and air conditioning are individually controlled. For your safety and peace of mind, monitored emergency call system, and fire safety equipments are in place. Residents furnish their carpeted rooms and we encourage them to decorate their own suites with their favorite personal belongings and memories from home.

Safety at Billingswood Manor

Your safety and security are very important to us at Billingswood Manor. We have provided a variety of safety features and systems, including handrails in all hallways, grab bars in your bathroom, security access on all outside exits and an emergency response system.

Fire Safety

The Billingswood Manor has been designed to protect you in case of fire. The building is equipped with smoke detectors, emergency lights and an alarm system which automatically alerts the Fire Department. Each suite is alarmed with a device which rings to the aide on duty identifying smoke in a suite.
